Ik krijg het volgende bericht van een verkoper.

Hoe kan ik annuleren ik zie geen annuleren knop?

Bestelling annuleren,

1.Ga vervolgens naar het overzicht van bestellingen.

2.Daar staat bij de producten die nog niet zijn verzonden een knop “Annuleer” of “Cancel”, klik daarop en geef de reden op voor de annulering.

3 Het is nu aan de verkoper om jouw annulering goed te keuren.

Dit kan natuurlijk waar zijn... Of niet:-)

Normaliter krijgt een verkoper een 'slechtere' reputatie als hij niet kan leveren of een order zelf annuleert. Daarom vragen verkopers vaak aan kopers om dit te doen (soms met een specifieke reden hierbij aangegeven). Mijn advies: wacht totdat ze te laat zijn met verzenden en open vervolgens een dispute (niet vergeten, anders ben je je geld kwijt).
